Virginia Tech created a new volunteer program called VT-ENGAGE to encourage volunteerism and enhance the relationship and partnership efforts between the university and the community.
United Way and VT-Engage are community partners in an effort to match volunteers with organizations needing volunteer help by utilizing an online system called Volunteer Solutions. You can use Volunteer Solutions to find volunteer opportunities and/or post the volunteer needs of your group.

Brochure Distribution
Volunteer Opportunity Details:
We need volunteers to distribute tri-fold brochures at various locations throughout Blacksburg and Christiansburg. These sites include hotels, doctors offices, Chamber of Commerce and other locations. We maintain a list of locations and need someone to check them on a monthly basis and keep them stocked.
