Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteer Hotline Advocates provide support and information to survivors of sexual violence, concerned others and professionals on SASSMM's 24-hour, toll-free support line. Volunteer advocates also offer referral services, follow-up contact and may accompany individuals to medical and legal appointments.
Survivors of sexual violence need someone to listen and provide non-judgemental support. Your thoughtfulness can make a difference in someones life!

Volunteer advocates must complete the Sexual Assault Awareness and Education Training.
Volunteer advocates must be at least 18 years old. *Completion of the training does not guarantee an individual will become a volunteer advocate on the SASSMM support line.
