United Way of Greater Portland will be hosting monthly training sessions to assist agencies with using VolunteerMaine.org to its full potential. Trainings will cover how to use basic features of the site including: Opporunities, BoardMatch, DonationsLINK, Hours and more. We will also cover volunteer management best practices and help your agency develop a plan to use VolunteerMaine.org sustainably. Trainings will occur on the third Tuesday of every month at United Way of Greater Portland (400 Congress St. above the post office, across the street from City Hall) from 10:00-11:00AM. Below is a list of anticipated training dates:
The dates and topics of these trainings are tentative because we are planning a year in advance. Keep an eye on the news and your e-mail for updates and information concerning these trainings.
