Toast To Literacy Volunteers Greater Portland

Do you believe in an individuals right to read and write? Do you beleive that illiterate adults should have access to free assistance in literacy and English langauge tutors? Help Literacy Volunteers-Greater Portland continue their mission to provide personalized adult education to low income individuals and families in the community! Literacy Volunteers is putting on a wine tasting and silent auction at The White Heart Bar and Lounge on Saturday, September 26 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Wine tasting tickets are $10 each and proceeds go to Literacy Volunteers-Greater Portland. White Heart is located on 551 Congress St. in Portland. |
