Guest readers are invited to come and read to children or have children read to you. Volunteers work with children in kindergarten through 5th grade who are enrolled in the Haven, our after school program. Volunteers are needed Monday - Thursday 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. You may bring a favorite book of your own or read something selected from our library.

A simple volunteer screening form needs to be filled out prior to the visit.

We rent space from Trinity United Methodist Church located on the corner of 8th and College. We are located directly across the street from Moulton Extended Learning Center. Enter the single red door on the NW corner of the building, across from the school. Trinity UMC is 4 blocks north and 2 blocks east of Mercy Hospital located on the corner of 6th and University Ave.   Nearest Bus Stop: 9th & College, 2 minute walk
