Volunteers are needed to set up 20 heavy tables and 10 canopies ( 12:30-2p.m.)

Volunteers are needed at the various tables (directions willl be given the day of the event by the area manager). This part of the volunteer day will run from 3:00-7:00p.m.

Volunteers will start breaking down the exhibit area at 6:45 and will need assistance with the closing of the event - restocking tables, chairs conopies, picking up trash, etc.

All volunteers will meet at the Entertainment Stage at the Civic Center Park ( past the swimming pool and around toward the Women's Building), and volunteers sign in is at 3 p.m.
