You will ring a bell at one of our kettle locations around the Goshen area during Kettle season, collecting needed income which benefits our emergency assistance program. Kettle season typically begins the day after Thanksgiving and concludes on Christmas Eve. It is hoped that volunteer bell ringers will give at least two hours of service at a kettle location. This is a great service opportunity for individuals, groups, organizations and businesses. You will need to be able to stand (or sit) for at least two hours in late fall/early winter weather. Volunteers under 18 should have an adult present, or at least be accompanied by another person. Bell ringers should possess basic people skills, as their responsibilities involve greeting all who pass by the red kettle site and offering thanks for donations received. This opportunity is sponsored by: The Salvation Army Of Goshen
We need volunteers who are free at these times
