The mission of the El Paso Collaborative for Community and Economic Development is to facilitate affordable housing, small business and economic development in El Paso and contiguous counties. The Collaborative’s programs are designed to facilitate wealth creation by developing long-term assets and personal financial management skills.

Description:
The El Paso Collaborative is a federally-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides access to loan capital to underserved, low-income households that typically rely on financial services from the Alternative Financial Sector.

The Collaborative offers affordable loan products and other services such as money management classes, Individual Development Accounts (IDA's) and free income tax preparation. It also administers affordable housing programs. All services are offered in English or Spanish. All programs are low or no-cost
