T V P Non Profit Corporation seeks to provide quality affordable housing to low income persons in El Paso as well as necessary supportive services to empower our clients to become homeowners in our community.

Description:
Due to the diligence of the Board of Directors and staff, TVP has been involved in the development of over 312 units of housing in the local community. T V P manages and maintains several complexes for local developers and owns a 4 unit complex in the immediate downtown area of El Paso. In addition to the development and management of low income affordable housing, T V P is the lead entity for the Lower Dyer Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, a 64 block area bordering Fort Bliss. Our mission along with the Lower Dyer NRSA collaborative members is to provide a suitable living environment for residents through its coordination of special events, job fairs and working with the City in addressing housing needs of this neighborhood.

History:
T V P Non Profit Corporation is a primary provider of housing and supportive services to low income El Pasoans and has been instrumental in meeting the needs of our community since 1988. Founded with one basic principle in mind "Provide quality affordable housing, well maintained and managed facilities and empowering our residents to move forward in life."
