United Way Information and Referral links people to appropriate services and available resources in the community.  The I&R staff strives to handle each inquiry in a courteous, professional and individualized manner.  I&R also administers IN 211 to Howard, Cass and Miami Counties. Individualized casework is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am to noon and 1-3:30 pm.  Walk ins welcome, no appointment is necessary. Evening appointments are available. Call 765-457-6691 during business hours or information is available 24 hours a day by calling 211.
