Our mission is to improve lives through financial education. We do this by providing financial education and counseling on a variety of topics to diverse audiences.

Description:
Through our local education department in Coeur d' Alene we provide much-needed financial literacy training and money management education to communities in Northern Idaho. All of our outreach and education is community-based. Most of the outreach is through partnerships with community organizations, schools, faith-based organizations, and local businesses, including financial institutions. Demand for our services is at an all-time high. We are expanding our capacity by training, managing, and utilizing community volunteers to meet the increasing need for financial education.

History:
Consumer Credit Counseling Services of the Inland Northwest (CCCS) was founded in 1982 and merged with Money Management International (MMI) in 2004. MMI and its family of CCCS agencies is the nation’s largest full-service, nonprofit credit counseling agency, providing professional financial guidance and counseling, community-wide financial education programs, and debt management assistance to consumers.
