Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Do you have a heart for the terminally ill? Applegate Hospice is looking for volunteer angels to spend some quality with our clients. We need people who would be willing to dedicate a few hours to our clients to read, play games, converse, do some simple crafts, light housekeeping, light yard work, prepare a meal, run an errand, or whatever you can do to lend a helping hand. If you'd prefer to work in the office, there are also opportunities there. Anything you can offer would be much appreciated!

We have one of the best team of professionals in the area. Our team approach won't leave you floundering. We provide all the training, materials, and resources. You simply provide the will and the time. We require CPR certification and a negative TB test within 90 days of start, which we will gladly assist you with. Ideal candidates cannot have personally experienced a loss within the last year. If you have a heart for hospice, we have a place for you.
