Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by providing administrative, clerical and/or technical skills in assigned department
Development Opportunities:

• Develop skills and competencies for Emergency Services, Health and Safety and other Red Cross opportunities

Candidate will need to complete a background check. Some computer experience helpful.
Responsibilities Include:
• Willingness to support Red Cross Mission
• Assist in office administration in Red Cross department
• Answer telephones and take messages
• Typing and data entry
• Assist in preparation of mailings, course materials packaging
• Communicate with volunteers
• Prepare general correspondence using Microsoft word
• Conduct mail merges
• Copying, faxing, shredding
• Filing, sorting, assembling marketing or training packets for mailings/distribution
• Enrollee workforce development training
• Track and submit volunteer hours
