Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Are you looking for something satisfying that contributes to the well-being of your community? Would you like to do something fun & interesting that benefits neighbors in need? Do you want to feel that your efforts have made a real difference in someone's life?
Fresh Start is launching an active fund-raising program to support the vital services we offer to homeless individuals, many of whom suffer from mental illnesses, abuse, addictions, and other disabilities in addition to the extensive problems of homelessness. The needs are great and growing daily, & our resources are limited.
We need enthusiastic, creative volunteers with time to contribute, & lots of energy & ideas to join us in developing and maintaining a successful, innovative on-going fund-raising effort to support Fresh Start's programs for the homeless. Are you an artist? Do you have computer skills? Do you have community contacts? Do you know how to reach people? Would you like to help us help others? If so, please volunteer to help our fundraising committee!

Prior business and/or fund-raising experience would be a plus, but is not a requirement.
