History:
The Helena Citizens' Council has been around for a long time, and has waxed and waned in its efforts. They have been very active for the past 2 years with the help of a full time coordinator. Some of the exciting projects our council has helped progress in the recent past and currently: Held neighborhood meth awareness meetings, encouraged the police department to take care of abandoned vehicles on Helena streets, organize neighborhoods to design their neighborhood parks for development (still on-going), hosted public forum for bikes on the walking mall topic, and more!
