Volunteer Opportunity Details:

This volunteer position is working with the Public Relations Department on special events and projects on an on-call basis. This is a fun opportunity to be part of our community health events. Duties include: preparing mailings, filing, data entry, event setup, representing the Hospital at health fairs and other events, video taping lectures as needed.

This volunteer opportunity is on an "as needed" basis. The days and hour vary, depending on the event. Often the events are in the evening or weekends. Volunteers should be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks in exchange for the chance to experience a professional setting.

St. Peter’s requires an application, interview, orientation, and education before new volunteers can begin. This process can take between 10 and 20 hours. Volunteers are matched to positions based upon skills and qualifications.
