The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin serves 52 counties in central and northern Wisconsin. Local outreach offices are located throughout Greater Wisconsin providing local information, education, support, and advocacy. The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin is affiliated with the national Alzheimer's Association. We are a private, non-profit organization, dedicated to supporting all persons affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia and receive no federal or state funding. Our main areas of service include: Information and Referral, Care Consulyation, Support Groups, Education, Safety Services, Advocacy and Public Awareness.
