Description:
We have two campuses. The first is a 120 bed skilled nursing home along with an assisted living facility in Wittenberg WI. That campus celebrates 125 years of service this year (2007). We also have a campus of senior and assisted living in Wausau known as Forest Park Village. We offer independent apartments for seniors age 62 and older. We also offer two types of assisted living. The Garden Apartments is a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) and offers supportive services for independent folks that just need an extra hand. Stone Crest Residence is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) that works primarily with folks that have more advanced dementia or Alzheimer's or persons who are physically frail.
