Description:
A Diversity Circle is a small diverse group of 8 to 12 people. We meet together for several weeks for two hour sessions each. We set our own ground rules to insure quality discussion. The Circles are led by impartial facilitators who help manage the discussion. He or she is not there to teach the group about the issue. We start with personal stories and build trust. We, then, look at the problem from many points of view. Next, we explore many possible solutions. Then, we move toward action and change.
