Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Sometimes going to a doctor's appointment can be lonely and having someone to talk to can make the time go by so much faster. Our residents need Appointment Buddies to help push their wheelchairs, carry paperwork, call for the van, and just be there to talk to. If this seems like something you might want to do our volunteers must be able to work with residents' appointment schedule. Appointments are typically scheduled during the morning and afternoon hours. But, typically last about an hour. No transportation needed. Just come along for the ride. Volunteers must be 18 years or older. References required. This opportunity is sponsored by: Kennedy Park Medical And Rehabilitation
