Runaway and Youth services of Lutheran social Services needs volunteers to get the word out about this unique program for youth and their families. RAYS is a program dedicated to preventing youth runaways through family mediation and one-on-one mentoring. Volunteers might be asked to distribute fliers, represent RAYS at community events and presentations, and spread information through word of mouth and community partnerships. RAYS is also willing to allow hours for an internship.

Volunteers will have to agree to a having background check. Volunteer should be comfortable speaking to groups or to people they have never met.
