Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We need a professional, high energy person to provide administrative assistant duties for a small, non-profit counseling agency dedicated to serving people affected by domestic violence including both victims and abusers. This is needed on days or weeks when our assistant is on vacation or ill. Duties would include answering telephone, greeting clients, and possibly scheduling appointments.

Volunteer would need to be trained on a simple phone system, scheduling system, and rules of confidentiality. Volunteer needs to sign a confidentiality agreement and a background check needs to be done to meet state licensing regulations.
