Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Throughout the year, AIMS is always working with others to improve the quality of life throughout downtown and Anderson. There are 'clean ups & beautification days' which involve picking up trash as well as painting peeling structures and planting medians. We try to make the surroundings look revitalized and refreshing as people walk through the downtown and Anderson.

We are currently forming a large networking group called AQuiLT or Anderson Quality of Life Team. Basically the goal is to 'block by block' clean up and beautify Anderson, raise the spirits of our own residents, and attract future developers. We are looking for people to assist us in the initial clean ups and plantings, as well as people/groups to 'adopt' these areas after the initial beautification.

We are looking for positive, upbeat and physically able people or groups to pick up trash, paint or plant and/or adopt areas to make a positive difference in Anderson.
