The Foundation is an umbrella organization providing advocacy, services and lobbying on behalf of children and families. We have a Children's Advocacy Center in Green Forest which serves Carroll,Madison,Marion, Baxter, Boone and Newton Counties. Our Family Support Center serves all who reside in NW Arkansas and SW MO.
We also operate the Center for Children and Public Policy which is a State and National Lobbying and Advocacy effort dedicated to Children and Families.
We also provide specific (Breast Care)women's health services and advocacy for women in Carroll and Madison Counties.
History:
Founded in 1993 by Dr. Merlin D. Leach and his wife the Foundation has grown and expanded services.
We are dedicated to delivering the maximum services to our clients with minimal administrative costs. To that end there are no salaried employees, Board Members or Officers.
