Siloam Springs Adult Development Center Inc.
The Center is " the individuals who attend it." We exist and function for the
sole purpose of the maximum development of the potential of each individual who qualifies for services. We are here to serve you and to meet
your needs and believe that each individual is a unique and different person with individual needs, interests and abilities. We are here because of and for you. We acknowledge, respect and will uphold the adult rights of majority of each service recipient and will aid in the pursuit and preservation of these
rights which are basic to any and every adult citizen.
Description:
We are a sheltered workshop. As such we provide work and work training to adults who are either mentally retarded or have cerebral palsy, epilepsy or autism. They are paid on a piece rate basis for the work that they do.
