 To secure the necessary resources from Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa
to meet or exceed the established monetary goals of this account. This may include and may not be limited to:
Meet with Mercy's Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) to develop a campaign strategy (that will include new elements from the previous years) and to help grow the Mercy campaign.
Department presentations utilizing United Way video, brochures, pledge cards and other materials as needed.
Provides timely reports on account progress as requested to their Campaign Cabinet Leader.
Ensures finalization of the Mercy campaign.
Attend one Campaign Ambassador Orientation
Attend all major Campaign Events such as the Kick-off, Half-time Gathering, and Annual Awards Celebration, as well as encourage others to join them
