 Lead and manage a team of Campaign Ambassadors to secure the necessary resources from assigned accounts to meet or exceed the established monetary goals of those accounts. This may include and may not be limited to:
Recruiting Campaign Ambassadors to complete your team.
Making CEO calls to recruit new businesses for the campaign.
Checking in with Ambassadors regularly to keep up-to-date reports on the status of business campaigns.
Insure all business campaigns are assigned, run and completed.
Fill out an application for approval by United Way of North Central Iowa
Attend all Campaign Cabinet meetings.
Attend all major Campaign Events such as the Kick-off, Half-time Gathering, and Annual Awards Celebration, as well as encourage others to join them
