Housed in a 17000 sq ft facility, the center provides a multitude of exercise programs, seminars, workshops and social events for adults 50 yrs and older.

This is not a retirement home!

History:
Capital Senior Center was established in 1995 as an initiative of local individuals looking for a focal point for activities designed for seniors.
