Description:
At Abbey Road Hospice, complete hospice care involves not only the patient but also the family, caregivers and community that surround this individual. Services are tailored to our patients wishes including medical care in addition to spiritual, family and bereavement support. Our professional services consist of physicians, nurses available 24 hours, 7 days per week; Certified Nurse Assistants, Licensed Social Workers, Chaplains and trained Volunteer Services.

History:
Abbey Road Hospice opened its doors in April 2007. The dream was born out of one family's compassion and hope that life ultimately leads us to where a peaceful and serene place is awaiting. Our staff of hospice care workers at Abbey Road Hospice encompasses the very values that this hospice was founded upon.
