701 CCA is a volunteer organization. Every aspect of the operations of the center will be managed by volunteers who are expected to commit time and expertise to help ensure the long - term success of the center. Volunteers are essential to most non-profits and sound management of volunteers will be required to maintain a level of professionalism that is comparable to those of paid employees. The three defining elements of volunteering are (1) it is by choice; (2) it is one without monetary reward; and (3) it is for the benefit of the community.
