Up to five volunteers needed to assist in setting up and arranging the luncheon at the Cecil Tillis Center.
Work includes: setting up tables and chairs, dressing tables with tablecloths and centerpieces, food arrangement for approximately 80-90 guests
Volunteers are asked to work from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, or until set-up has been completed. We request that volunteers stay to assist in cleaning up the event after the lunch program. Clean-up will take place from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, or until work is completed.
Volunteers are invited to stay for the luncheon at 12:00 pm in appreciation for their work.
