The mission of "House Of Wisdom" is to improve the quality of life for young single mothers and their children by providing a safe and stable living environment, promoting effective parenting skills, and teaching employment skills leading to economic self-sufficiency.

Description:
The House of Wisdom Restart Center is structured to assist a total of 6 people in the home.(Three mothers and their infants/child. During there stay at the House, each mother will have the following:

1. Housing (In a home setting, residents have a service model that begins with a highly structured environment, but offers more flexibility as they progress into independent living.)
2. Work Readiness Training (Designed to introduce essential skills and increase awareness of the types of attitudes, skills and behaviors employers expect from new employees. Career self inventories, employment applications, resumes, job interview techniques and advice on how to keep a job are key components of this training. High School/GED Diploma program and mentoring services.

Our Program was incorporated a year ago and has been in operation for the last 3 months.

Directions:

From I-95 Going South.get off Lantana and head East at the second light make a left, you will see the Florida Department of Motor Vechicle on your left and on your right you will see a baseball field and AG Holley Complex next to it. You make a right in the AG Holley Complex and come straight back until you see the cottage in the back. Then you make a right hand turn and look for cottage#14
