The mission of Oasis is to help an individual get to the next step or level. Showing God's love in a practical hands on way, through a program of food, clothing, training, job placement activities and biblical counseling.

Description:
Oasis Compassion Agency,distributes food and clothing on a weekly basis to qualified individuals and families. Each client is given a six month membership to receive services. We also assist with job placement activities, ESOL classes, Budget and Credit workshops, Interviewing skills workshops and Biblical counseling.We also operate a Thrift Store, the proceeds of which goes toward our operating budget.

History:
Oasis was incorporated in 1999 under the name of LifeSteps Foundation, but fully began its mission in 2003. We assist approximately 700 families each year,comprising approximately 4800 individuals including children within those units. LifeSteps was renamed to Oasis Compassion Agency in January 2006, due to a conflict with other non affiliate existing agencies throughout the United States with the same name and similar mission.
