From I-95 take 10th Street exit East to the second light - "A" Street. Take a right on to "A" Street and continue through two stop signs and past Highland Elementary School. At the small circle, take a right onto Second Avenue, and Adopt-A-Family is the yellow, two story building on the right. The main entrance with the elevator to the second floor Administrative offices, is on the right side of the building.
