"ten2end" - The Boca Helping Hands Job Mentoring Center's the goal is to create a job training program that will empower the underemployed and unemployed clients with essential skills that will yield better paying jobs. Services include computer skills training; resume writing, interviewing skills, and identifying potential employment opportunities, job fairs, and recruitment.
Duties include: Conduct intake interview. Review and update customers resume & cover letter using word processor. Enter customer data into tracking database. Work with job bank searching for jobs and entering customers information into job bank. Outbound calls to customer confirming appointments, and follow-up on job search.
