The Community Back to School Bash is an annual event put together by over 15 non-profit agencies in Palm Beach County. These agencies come together to assist children that are in need of school supplies. Approximately 15 volunteers are needed in two shifts on Sat. Aug. 7 from 8:00 a.m. p 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There are two locations; West Palm Beach at Lakeside Presbyterian Church and Palm Beach Gardens at Palm Beach Gardens High School. On July 26 and 27 the donated school supplies need to be sorted. Sorting will take place at the new Palm Beach County Convention Center on Okeechobee Blvd. any time between 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Donated school supplies are needed and are being accepted at any Wachovia Financial Center in Palm Beach County or can be dropped off at the Convention on July 26th & 27th.
