Porter County Animal Shelter
The Porter County Animal Shelter is also the animal control agency for the area. The shelter provides animal control services and takes in stray or unwanted animals and makes every attempt to find those animals a new home.
Description:
A dedicated group of staff and volunteers make every effort to make sure the majority of the animals that come through the door make it out again. This gets more difficult in the summer months, but we do our best. The volunteer program is worthwile and very rewarding.
