Ideal host families love America, their community, and school and also love the idea of learning about other customs and traditions in order to enrich the lives of themselves and others. They want to help their international teenage son or daughter navigate a successful American experience while being a full part of their family. Our trained Area Representatives help match families with the best student for their family to insure a good experience. Both Host Families and students have orientations, rules and support--as well as monthly contact throughout their experience from a trained Area Representative. Traditional families, single parents, retirees as well as empty-nesters ALL MAKE WONDERFUL HOST FAMILIES! It is not necessary to have children living at home. We do ask in this case, you be willing to help your student make friends with other local teens. This opportunity is sponsored by: International Student Exchange
