Eight Annual Alzheimer's Services Family Walk

Every year about 40 individuals join our campus team and raise about $3500!
The walk benefits Alzheimer's Services of Northern Indiana, which supports our community with programs and services
locally. On our campus, this organization supports the two Caregiver Support Groups with educational literature and
ongoing training to the facilitators.
The registration table and beginning of the walk is located at St. Claire Clinic, directly South from the Mobil Gas
Station. We then walk over to the Fairgrounds. You can go as far or as fast as you like.
To sign-up, please contact myself at extension 5235 as soon as possible as the walk is only a few weeks away. There is
a registration form to complete so we know who will be walking with us.
