Working under the direction of Suited for Success staff, the Checkout Assistant must be available on-site Tuesdays from noon to 2:00pm to assure that all clients complete and turn in all paperwork prior to departing.
Duties include:
- Assist clients in checkout procedures after workshops.
- Review paperwork for completeness.
- Keep track of the items selected.
- Bundle the paperwork for billing, review for appropriate signatures and information such as referrals and evaluations. organize the paperwork to turn in to the program coordinator.
- Assist the program coordinator in re-racking clothing and keeping the boutique tidy after workshops.
The position supports Suited for Success, a program of Phoenix Housing Network, providing assistance to low income women transitioning to self-sufficiency. Clients who are referred to the program or who attend the weekly Suited for Success workshops are invited to choose free interview or work clothing.
