Provide support for families with young children; participate in parent meetings; assist in locating community resources, encouraging education and job training; help with budget management, and possibly help with transportation. Community volunteers must complete school district screening process.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Tacoma Head Start Program

The Head Start Administration Office is located in Madison School which is just to the west of the Tacoma Mall. To drive to Madison,exit I-5 at So. 38th to go west. At Pine Street turn left and go south to So. 43rd St. Turn right onto So. 43rd and go one and a half blocks to the school driveway entrance on the right.
