Gift Wrapping At Tacoma Mall
RSS XML FeedBackground Active Nov 3, 2009 to Dec 2, 2009

Raise money to help feed and house the poor in our community by wrapping gifts for busy shoppers. The Salvation Army (TSA) is seeing a dramatic increase in the number of families coming for help. This winter is expected to be extremely harsh and many of these families are scared, facing the prospect of having no heat, or maybe not even having a house. TSA will be using the money raised by gift wrapping to care for the homeless and needy during the cold winter months.
Volunteers are needed to gift wrap on: Nov. 27, 28 & 29; Dec. 4, 5 & 6 and Dec. 11th through 24th. For more information or to volunteer contact Ernie Ouellette at (253)572-8452 ext.105 or ernie.ouellette@usw.salvationarmy.org.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age; those under 18 must have an adult accompanying them.

Sponsored by The Salvation Army Tacoma.
