Humane Society @HappyPaws Farm
The mission of HappyPaws farm is to help low income people with their animals. Our animal food bank currently gives out about 2,000 lbs of food each month. We also provide medical care and spay/neuter services for low income people, as funding allows. We are currently fundraising to build a new shelter/sanctuary and have purchased 18 acres of land
in Stanwood for this new endeavor. We need a lot of construction type volunteer help for this new project mainly to build a large barn, roads and trails and two low-income houses on the property. We also help people having to give up their animals.

HappyPaws Farm is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill, animal rescue organization.
We have a special place in our hearts for the older and sick dogs and cats and are always seeking foster homes to look after them on a temporary basis. We are also seeking foster homes for a few days following surgery or spay/neuter of some low income families.
We also need help with donations of various kinds for
the low income - dog food, fencing (and labor to install it), dog houses, trainers, transporters, etc.

Take I-5 to exit 208.
At off ramp turn east (left if heading south, right if heading north)
You will now be on Highway 530.
Travel about 3 miles on Highway 530 to the second stop light.
This stop light is Highway 9 (Hazel)
Turn right on Highway 9 (south)
At the first traffic light (204th) turn LEFT
Safeway will be on your left and BurgerKing on your right.
Go to the end of 204th which ends in a 'T' junction.
At the 'T' turn right. You will be on Burn Rd.
Burn Rd wiggles up a hill out of town. At the top of
the hill turn right on 196th.
196th is a short road which leads into Old Burn Road.
We are located at 19933 Old Burn Rd. This is on the
right hand side, a few hundred yards. There is coral
type fencing with a small sign that says "Humane Society"
on the fencing.
Turn into the driveway and go through the gates on the LEFT
hand side. The mobile on the right hand side are our neighbors and they should NOT be disturbed. At this point they are sick and tired of people banging on their door, so if you do, expect to be yelled at!
