neglect. We accomplish this through individual and group support, life-skills
education, and outreach that build upon individual and family strengths. more
dRC's mission is to provide "quality, participant driven services that assist
people with disAbilities to increase their independence." In meeting this
goal, we provide four core services: advocacy, independent living skills
training, information and referral and peer support. We operate under a
