The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program welcomes people 55 and older to volunteer. The College Place Elementary School seeks an classroom assistant for the 6th grade, one day a week on Thursday from 1:30 to 2:30. You would be making copies, cutting out material, laminating, creating bulletin boards, helping with class parties, correcting papers and more. You would be getting direction and guidance from the teacher. You must like kids, being around their energy and enthusiasm and want to help make a difference in the classroom.
