Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Riverfront's Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser is held each October in the galleries of the Mystic Arts Center. The event is the Friday evening of the weekend BEFORE Halloween and includes Silent Auction, Desserts, wine bar and music. Organizing efforts begin in August with solicitation of sponsors and planning sessions for presentation of the current year's event. We welcome new ideas each year to help keep the event fresh while building on our established theme. Volunteers welcomed for any aspect of planning, contacting established and new sponsors and donors, collecting donations for the auction, set up or breakdown, and during the Auction. Volunteers can participate in any part of the event or its planning, and do not need to commit to all of it! If you love planning parties or events, food or silent auction staging, This is for you!

There is no training requirement although an interest in events, outreach, or marketing would be a welcome bonus!
