Quilters or Sewers - Make a Banner for Riverfront!

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on January 26, 2009

Several times each year, the Riverfront Children's Center holds events and participates in local parades with our children and families. We would love to have a banner that can serve to identify us no matter where we go!

The banner can be appliqued or sewn according to your preference, and should be roughly 6-8 feet long and 1 1/2 -2 feet tall and have our name (and perhaps our logo of 3 children's faces?) on it. We would like it to have a pocket or tabs to put a pole through for carrying in parades.

Sewing or quilting expertise is needed for this project.
