By making a time commitment of just twenty hours over an eight-month time period, you can make a difference in the lives of students in Metro Detroit! Winning Futures is a non-profit goal-setting and mentoring program that helps students to reach their personal best.

We are recruiting people to mentor high school students in Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties. As a mentor, you will mentor a group of 3 to 4 students once per week for 20 weeks. Mentoring takes place in a structured classroom setting. You will be helping students to set goals, understand their values, and prepare for the future.

Mentors must be at least 24 years old, pass a series of background checks, and attend a three-hour training.

 We are located South of 12 mile between Mound and Ryan Roads. If heading south on Mound Road. Turn right onto Martin Road. Follow Martin till you get to Cosgrove, you will turn left on Cosgrove. Community High School is located on your left. We are located inside the high school. If heading south on Ryan Road, turn left onto Martin Road (there is a light). Follow Martin until you get to Cosgrove and turn right onto Cosgrove. Community High School is located on your left. We are located inside the high school.
