Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Help make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate than ourselves by tutoring youth as well adults in the area of math and reading. Assist adults in preparing for the GED exam as well as tutor adults who are performing below 9th grade level in reading and math to increase their basic skill level for vocational programs. Together we can make a difference!
- Volunteer must have a high school diploma or a GED.
- Volunteer must have excellent verbal and written skills - proficient in math, English and/or reading.
- Volunteer must have the ability to teach others - very patient, not easily offended.
- Volunteer should have a positive attitude with the ability to encourage others.
