What Are All These Forms?
It may look tedious, but filling out the forms really isn't so bad, and it's the comprehensive information we collect from you on these forms that makes our unique search engine possible. The Agency Signup Form allows you to describe your organization at the top level. Your mission, your structure and your history all have a place here. The Opportunity Signup Form allows you to give a very specific description of each Day of Caring project you are proposing. You will need to fill out a separate Signup Form for each proposed project.
How Does This Site Work?
It's simple. Someone is interested in participating in Day of Caring. They come to our site and look through the list of projects for Day of Caring. They then choose which project they would like to participate in. The volunteer has all the information to contact your agency to follow-up.
Can I Search for Volunteers Directly?
Though we are often asked, we do not support this option. Instead, we ask agencies to post the available Day of Caring projects and then allow the individual volunteers to select projects to participate in.
Can I List Other Volunteer Opportunities Besides Day of Caring Projects?
At this time, we are limiting this site to Day of Caring projects. If you have additional volunteer opportunities, please contact your local Volunteer Center.
